RESERVATIONS

Reservations are required for groups of 15 to 60 guests, including minors.

Under 15 guests, walk-ins welcome.

For the comfort of all guests, we cannot accommodate groups over 15 guests without a reservation.
PACKAGE PRICING*
Adults: $13/pp/hour
Minors (3+ yo): $6.50/pp/hour

WHAT'S INCLUDED
Space

The amount of reserved space is based on headcount.

Seating is not guaranteed for all guests.

You have 15 minutes before your reservation to arrive & set up if you wish.

Reservations are for 2 or 3 hours.

All reservations for kid-centric events must end before 3:30 pm.​​​​​​​
Drink Package

All reservations will be given a minimum spend based on the duration & final headcount.​

We offer Broken Bow Craft Beers, Hard Cider, Hard Kombucha, Wine, Cocktails, Alcoholic Slushies & an array of Non-Alcoholic beverages.
FOOD
As a small business, we understand the importance of supporting other local entrepreneurs. When guests bring in outside food, it directly impacts their business, especially with our large reservations. While we understand that there can be dietary restrictions, we'd love for everyone to experience their delicious offerings & help us support them. Keeping with this spirit, our reservations tend to either solely work with the scheduled food truck or take a hybrid approach & will order food in advance & then bring in supplemental items that pair with the cuisine being served. Other times, the host/hostess will bring in light snacks, which pair well with the cuisine being served & then guests will order at their discretion.​​
FAQ'S
Final Headcount

The final headcount is due on the Monday before your event, which will determine the final minimum spend.
Starting Your Tab
-
All reservations must be put on one (1) single tab to keep track of your minimum spend. This tab can be shared via smartphone with your guests, at which point they can contribute to your tab. Please see the bartender for help if needed.
What’s Not Included
-
To-go beer, merchandise & gift cards are not included & will not count toward your minimum spend.
Decorations
-
Balloons & small table decorations are allowed. Confetti & glitter are strictly prohibited. Please leave with any items brought in for your reservation.
Outside Vendors

Outside vendors & beverages are strickly prohibited.
Minor Guidelines​
-
We want to ensure that all guests, including yours, can relax and enjoy their time at the brewery!​​ Minors must be closely watched, as we are a fully operational manufacturing business. If your event continually gets asked to monitor minors, we have the right to end your party early. (Minor Guidelines)
Staying Later
-
If you want to stay after your reservation has ended, the bartenders may ask you to move or consolidate. You’re welcome to stay longer, but any additional purchases will not count toward your minimum spend.
Cash Payments

If you pay via cash or check, you will receive a 3% discount.
