THE FOUNDRY
Where Broken Bow began.
The Foundry is the original Broken Bow taproom — the space that welcomed guests when we first opened our doors. Long before the brewery expanded, this was the whole experience: fresh beer, familiar faces, communal tables, the original Nintendo, the couch and TV.
Today, it still feels like the heart of the Broken Bow, with plenty of seating, views of the brewery and a direct connection to where it all started.
THE LOUNGE
Grab a drink. Find a seat. Hang awhile.
The Lounge is one of the most dramatically transformed spaces at Broken Bow. What was once working brewery space with a few scattered tables is now an expanded bar and a more relaxed way to enjoy the Bow. It’s also the new home of our original “bathtub” tap setup, carrying a little piece of Broken Bow history into the redesigned space.
There’s no table service in the Lounge — just head to the bar, grab a drink and find a spot. It’s an easygoing place to catch a game, meet up with friends or simply hang out over a beer.
THE FORKLIFT
The addition that changed everything.
ForkLift represents the biggest evolution in the Broken Bow experience. What began as a brewery built around the beer now has a full kitchen of its own, bringing food preparation under the same roof as the brewhouse and taproom.
From burgers and wings to pizzas, salads and shareables, ForkLift gives the Bow something it never had before: a food program designed as part of the brewery experience rather than something happening alongside it.
It’s a major piece of the new Broken Bow — turning a trip to the brewery into a place to grab a beer, share some food or settle in for a full meal.
THE BEER GARDEN
Open-air when you want it. Covered when you need it.
The Beer Garden brings the outdoors into the Broken Bow experience with a flexible space designed to be enjoyed throughout the year. Sliding glass walls and an adjustable slatted roof can open things up when the weather cooperates or provide protection when it doesn’t.
It’s one of our pet-friendly areas and a great spot to settle in with friends, grab some food and drinks, and enjoy the more open-air side of the Bow.
BARK-N-BOW
Because your drinking buddy has four legs.
Bark-N-Bow is Broken Bow’s outdoor space for our four-legged regulars and the people they bring with them. This pet-friendly area gives dogs and their humans a place to hang out together while enjoying the brewery.
Grab a beer, meet some fellow dog people and let your pup enjoy a trip to the Bow, too. Bark N Bow is also home to our dog-friendly community and events throughout the year.
BREWERS RESERVE
A quieter corner of the Bow.
Brewers Reserve offers a different feel from the brewery’s larger, more open spaces. Located behind the barn doors, it’s a smaller, more intimate room that provides a quieter setting while keeping you connected to everything happening at Broken Bow.
It’s a comfortable spot for gathering around a table, catching up with friends or simply enjoying a little more separation from the energy of the main taproom.
