Our Story
Every great brewery has a story, and ours begins more than 1,300 miles away in the small town of Broken Bow, Nebraska.
Named in honor of the hometown of our family matriarch, Broken Bow Brewery reflects the values that inspired its name: hard work, genuine hospitality, and bringing people together. When our family set out to open the first brewery in the Village of Tuckahoe, we envisioned more than a place to enjoy exceptional craft beer—we wanted to create a welcoming destination where neighbors, friends, families, and visitors could gather over great food, great drinks, and even better company.
That vision has continued to grow. What began as a passion for brewing has evolved into a full brewery experience featuring house-brewed craft beer, handcrafted cocktails, wine, coffee, chef-driven food from The ForkLift kitchen, and inviting spaces designed for everything from a quick pint after work to celebrations with the people who matter most.
Today, Broken Bow is proudly family-owned and majority women-owned. While our brewery has evolved over the years, the values that inspired our name remain at the heart of everything we do: craftsmanship, hospitality, community, and creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

Led by Head Brewer Kasey, our brewing team is committed to crafting beers that are true to style while leaving room for creativity and exploration.
