Saturday availability

 

Large-party bookings are generally unavailable on Saturdays. Any exception requires explicit management approval. If you have flexibility, please include an alternate date in your inquiry.

 

Frequently asked questions

 

Can we have a private space?
A semi-private setup gives your group a designated area while the brewery remains open to other guests. With exclusive use, an agreed-upon space is reserved for your group during the event. Tell us which setup you’d prefer, and we’ll review what’s available for your date and guest count.

 

Is there a food and beverage minimum?
Any minimum depends on your date, event hours, guest count, space, and food and drink plans. We’ll explain what applies to your event and what counts toward the minimum before you commit.

Can guests pay for their own drinks?
Let us know if you’d prefer individual guest tabs, a hosted bar paid by the organizer, or a mix of the two. If you’d like to host, tell us what you’d like to cover and whether you have a spending limit in mind.

 

How do we choose food?
Tell us whether you’re thinking about snacks, shareables, or a meal. We’ll talk through options from The ForkLift kitchen and confirm selections as we plan your event. Please mention any dietary needs in your inquiry.

 

What if our guest count or timing is still flexible?
Your best estimate is fine. Include adults and children in your count, and share your preferred start and end times. If you need setup time or can shift the date or time, let us know. We’ll confirm when we need your final guest count during planning.

 

Will we need a deposit or an agreement?
We’ll explain any deposit, agreement, and payment terms that apply to your event before you commit.

 

When will we hear back?
We’ll follow up by email once we’ve reviewed your inquiry. If you have a decision deadline, include it in the form. Your date is only confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation from our team.
